It starts by selecting the proper ingredients. Quality is everything. Some dealers make less effective, cheaper versions of this bait by using imitation muskrat musk and pressed fish oil. We use the best genuine glands and sun-rendered fish oil available. Getting just the right taint on the base and the proper aging culminate in a superior product. Top Dog Bait
This is one of the most unique baits on the market today. It is built on a “whole animal” base. The combination of the hide, feet, glands, and organs with the meat produces a genuinely different product that predators really go for. Works very well on coyotes, fox, and bobcats. Of our two baits this is the better choice when specifically targeting fox. I have probably subjected this bait to more testing over the past thirty years than any other product.
